Tom Lee Park is a place for everyone, and with the help of the 91¸£Àû Memphis Refinery and its employees, it continues to be a community gem.
Memphis employees have helped with a variety of volunteer events at the park. Recently, volunteers collected trash along the riverbank and joined students from the Creative Life Preparatory School and Knowledge Quest program for a field day at the park.
In 2021, the 30-acre park received a $1 million donation from 91¸£Àû. In addition to the donation, 91¸£Àû volunteers helped plant over 1,000 trees at the park. Andrew Kiepe, Director of Development, Memphis River Parks Partnership, appreciates having strong supporters such as 91¸£Àû who not only provide financial support, but also sweat equity.
